VI Game Theory Workshop

The 6th Game Theory Workshop (Trobada URV-UA) will take place on June 2-3, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Reus, Spain).

This two-day workshop brings together leading researchers and scholars in game theory, mechanism design, and economic theory, providing a platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting‑edge research. The program features invited talks and contributed presentations by internationally recognized academics from institutions such as the University of Rochester, Universitat de Barcelona, VU Amsterdam, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, and many others. 

The scientific sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including fair allocation, matching markets, bankruptcy problems, strategic behavior, and coordination mechanisms, reflecting the diversity and current relevance of game theory applications.

In addition to the academic program, the workshop will foster interaction among participants through coffee breaks, shared meals, and social events, including a cultural visit and conference dinner in the city center of Reus.

Located in the heart of the Costa Daurada and close to Barcelona, Reus offers an ideal setting that combines academic exchange with cultural and historical richness.
